Champagne/Prosecco - You can get 6-8 glasses per bottle. For arrival drinks allow 1-2 glasses per person. If having a toast allow another 1 glass per person.
Wine - For a sit down meal allow approx ½ bottle per person. Most commonly white wine is more popular so split one third red and two thirds white.
You can do although most people are happy with wine and beer options if it is free! The simpler the better in most cases, but we are happy to serve spirits if required and suggest sticking to the most popular ie: whiskey, vodka, gin, rum and mixers.
For a 3-course sit down meal it will take on average 2 hours. Speeches and tea and coffee will add approx half an hour to an hour. This is based on around 80-100 guests.
Contrary to popular belief, it would most likely be slower as people tend to hover to make decisions and sometimes make more than 1 visit to the buffet! The costs are about the same as we still require the same numbers of staff and the same equipment to serve this menu.
We pride ourselves on looking after our customers with dietary requirements and we always make sure they have equal and interesting meals, the same as everyone else, we just ask for a bit of notice so we can prepare.
Yes once you have had your initial meeting with us, we can offer tastings at our Chez Vous Restaurant in Warlingham, Surrey where you can taste your exact menu or just come and sample the standard of our cuisine
Our Menu prices include crockery, cutlery, tableware, serving equipment and food waiting staff.
We can provide the linen, glassware and drinks service/bar staff at a small additional cost per head.
Also if there is a need for kitchen equipment such as ovens, hot cupboards and water boilers (for example in marquee catering tents) to be brought to the venue there is an additional charge depending on your menu.
